Steve Kinard - President & Director
Steve Kinard is the President of Bitcoin Mining Foundation and Director of Bitcoin Mining Analytics at the Texas Blockchain Council, an industry association dedicated to making Texas a leader in bitcoin innovation. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Energy Financial Services at BOK Financial in Dallas and served as Manager of Finance at a private equity sponsored exploration and production company in Houston.
He holds a BA in International Studies from Texas A&M University, an MBA from George Washington University, and a Sustainability and Climate Risk Certificate from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
Tim Savage - Treasurer
Tim Savage, CPA serves as Treasurer at the Bitcoin Mining Foundation. He is a Tax Partner at Weaver where he has over ten years of tax accounting experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to public companies, investment funds, and closely-held entities. Tim leads the blockchain and digital assets practice at Weaver, keeping current with the rapidly evolving industry trends, economic landscape, and accounting regulations.
Highly involved in community organizations, Tim is also Treasurer and Board Member at the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Innovation Task Force at the Dallas Regional Chamber, and Corporate Advisor at the New Jersey Blockchain Council.

Sanjay Kalluvilayil is a visionary leader with 25+ years of professional experience, serving as a trusted advisor to organizations and executives. He is passionate about expediting Bitcoin & Blockchain’s potential to transform individual lives, technologies, industries, economies, and societies.
He is the Founder & President of Stonehaas Advisors, a consultancy specializing in the Bitcoin & Blockchain space and also offering part-time CXO services. He also serves as the Foundation Board Secretary for My Possibilities. He served as the COO for Texas Blockchain Council. He has worked with start-ups to global enterprises gaining expertise in Strategy, Sales, Business Development, Business Intelligence, Financial Modeling, Technology, Go-to-Market Execution, Operations, Accounting/Finance, & Value Creation.
Sanjay graduated with Distinction, while earning a postgraduate Diploma in Strategy & Innovation from Oxford University - Said Business School. He obtained his MBA with concentrations in Finance & Management of Information Systems (MIS) from the Texas A&M University - Mays Business School. He also has a B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M University. He obtained a Blockchain certification from MIT Professional Education.
